幫助在貧困中努力打拼，不放棄學業的孩子們能順利就學。讓孩子們也能有公平受教育和學習的機會，不因經濟弱勢放棄學習及夢想。針對貧弱家庭的孩子發放開學期間助學金及日常生活扶助金，或提供教育學用品等扶助資源。使學童在教育、行為以及品格上得到關心與改變，獲得完善照顧，並減輕弱勢家庭的負擔及生活壓力。

協助因傷病、緊急意外、家庭變故及面臨生存困境之貧困兒童與家庭，透過短期性的經濟支持，陪伴受助家庭度過危機，並補充基本需求與減輕家計負擔，以維繫其基本生活運作和穩定發展。並期能進一步積極協助其自立自足，暫時度過難關。
